Jonathan started serving the Marylebone area in 2019, following a five-year spell with Ultimate Performance, where he co-authored two bestselling books on exercise and diet.
Willow joined JTPT in 2024. She previously represented Great Britain in eventing and is now part of the GB development squad for rowing. She’s trained in our coaching systems and has a particular interest in strength training and women’s health.
