I specialise in working with people who need a more considered, precise approach than generic fitness advice can offer.
That might be due to demanding work and family commitments, or physical constraints such as returning from surgery or injury.
From there, we apply an approach that fits your current capacity and build from it deliberately.

In-person training takes place at:

The gym is a 5–10 minute walk from Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street, and Goodge Street stations.

Monday to Saturday, 7:00am–8:00pm, subject to availability.
Exact session times are agreed during the consultation.

Yes. I’ve fully adapted my coaching systems to work effectively online.
Online clients follow the same approach I use with in-person clients - not generic programmes.

Yes. Training and nutrition are integrated, although the exact approach depends on the individual.
Some clients focus on significant weight loss (e.g. 10–20% of bodyweight), others on improving health markers, performance, or taking a more gradual approach.
This is discussed during your consultation - it’s not a one-size-fits-all programme.

All 1-to-1 coaching services have a 12-week minimum commitment.
This allows enough time for proper assessment, progression, and meaningful results.

Pricing depends on whether you’re working in person or online, and on session frequency.
In-person coaching: from £100 + VAT per session
Online coaching: from £300 + VAT per month
You do not need a gym membership to train with me at my gym.
