How do you decide who wins the cash prize?
Following the completion of the challenge, an expert independent panel will select a shortlist of the best transformations.
The shortlist will be selected based on the amount of visual change (fat loss and muscle gain) between the start and finish pictures.
We will then ask all the challengers (you) to determine the winner by voting for your favourite.
The person with the highest number of votes wins!
If it’s a draw, the cash prize will be shared.

How can you guarantee results?
Losing 12 pounds in 12 weeks is a realistic goal for 'most' people.
However, I've learned that weight loss can be harder for some than others - often through no fault of their own, e.g. having a slow metabolism.
That's why I guarantee that if you complete the challenge but don't lose 12 pounds, I'll continue to work with you for free until we get you there.
The only condition is that you must fully comply with the programme.
Why are some of the picture results longer than 12 weeks?
You can achieve incredible results within 12 weeks, but the pictures prove that some people need longer to achieve their ultimate goal.
Basically: there's a limit to how much body fat you can lose in 12 weeks.
My best advice is to SMASH the 12 weeks - make the most progress possible - then we can regroup and decide what to do next.
What happens after week 12?
You'll get a full debrief and personalised recommendation for your best next steps, which generally fall into one of three categories:
1. Taking a little break before joining another 12-week challenge
2. Extending your challenge to lose a final few pounds
3. Starting a reverse diet to maintain your results with a more flexible approach

I'm vegetarian or vegan.
YES - the nutrition guidelines are flexible and fit with most diets.
The main focus is on calorie control and protein, which is very achievable on a plant-based diet.
I'm a very picky eater.
YES - I'm not going to give you a rigid meal plan based on foods you hate - that's hardly a recipe for long-term results!
I'm sure we can find nutritious foods you like and build a meal plan around those.
I dine out a lot with work/friends.
YES - making healthy choices while dining out or grabbing something on the go is getting much easier, so it won't be a problem.
I can advise on good places to check out and help you decide what to order.
I have travel plans during the challenge.
YES - If you want to stay on it while you're away, we can find a way!
I can advise how to adapt your workout plan for hotel/local gyms and your diet.
Having said that, if you're going on the holiday-of-your-dreams slap bang in the middle of the challenge, you might want to wait until the next one (January 2023).
I've got lots of weight to lose.
YES - the diet won't be a problem, and we can adapt the workouts to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.
You might not reach your long-term goal in 12 weeks, but the challenge can be a great kickstart - plus, you can always sign-up for another.
I only want to lose a couple of pounds/I'm skinny fat.
YES - the challenge winner will be decided based on visual changes rather than total weight loss.
So, you still have a good chance of winning if you drop those couple of pounds while smashing the workouts and toning up.
I'll consider all of this when setting your targets.
I've tried and failed with diets before - why is this different?
I'm not going to send you a template plan and never check-in.
I'm not going to make you take loads of supplements.
I'm not going to tell you EXACTLY what to eat.
I'm not going to starve you.
Nope.
I'll give you a personalised, sustainable plan with loads of support to help you follow it.
I've got an injury.
YES - we can work around most injuries but get in touch here to double-check with me before signing up.
I don't have a gym membership - is there a home workout option?
The workout plan is gym based, so you'll need a membership.
But nothing fancy - you can join a chain gym like Pure Gym or The Gym for as little as £20 per month.
If you've invested in a decent amount of home gym equipment - get in touch with me here - and we'll see if we can make it work.
My gym has very limited equipment.

I'm happy with my training and only want to do the diet.
YES - if you've already got a workout routine you're happy with but want help with your diet, you can join the challenge and focus on that.
I'll still send you a workout plan anyway, so you have it if you change your mind.
I've never been to the gym before.
YES - I've got a beginner workout plan with step-by-step demo videos to show you how to perform all the exercises with perfect technique.
I'm an experienced gym-goer.
YES - we'll start by making sure your technique is solid. Then we'll gradually ramp up the intensity to ensure we're challenging you!
Am I too old or young for the programme?
If you're 18+, we're all good. My current client base spans 18-65, so age is no limitation!

How does the referral programme work?
I'll give you £25 for every successful referral you make.
Once you've signed up, I'll be in touch to ask if you've got any referrals.
If you do, I'll refund the appropriate amount from your payment once they've signed up.
Is there an instalment option?
Nope - it's one upfront payment for the 12 weeks.
