I’ve spent over a decade helping people improve their health, performance, and body composition.

For five years, I worked with Ultimate Performance, coaching clients and co-writing two books on diet and exercise.

Alongside my coaching, I also work as a Quality & Innovation consultant, contributing to projects focused on:

  • VO2 max and cardiorespiratory fitness

  • Advanced body composition assessment

  • Metabolic health and blood testing

That work feeds directly into how I coach - researching, testing, and integrating what works with my clients.
